Rotary Club of Vasco da gama

Our DG Rtn.Pranesh Jahangidar is officially visiting our club on 13/3/09 and the programme drawn for his visit is as under:

1. Breakfast with DG at rotarian’s house/ time 8.30 to 9.00 am
2. Meeting with President/secretary/treasurer/ incoming team.
3. Visit to club’s permanent project like meeting children at Govt. high scoool, vasco main/ Inspecting the Ashadeep school premises at Sada, and meeting with children/management./ time 10.00 to 11.30a.m.
4. Inaugurating the Health camp at PHC chicalim cottage hospital, for distribution of nutritive supplements to pregnant mothers under RI theme of Child mortality programme. / time 11.30 to 12.30 am.
5. Distribution of solar cooker to under privileged women in slum areas of mangor hill. Venue Club Hall/ time 12.15 to 12.45 p.m.
6. Lunch with DG at President’s house. /time 1.00pm to 2.00 p.m.
7. Arrival at La Paz hotel for Club Assembly. All the club members especially the Board members are to be there in full strength./ timing 5.30 pm to 6.30 p.m
8. Public function at La paz in honour of DG visit which shall follow with dinner./ time 7.15 to 9.00 p.m.
